Network Hardware Solution NetSure Customer Service Portal Development

PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS: Go to Downloads tab and Select the Hidden Release.  Public view only has access to this mission statement.  Once on the HIdden Release, be sure to Click the NHR Customer Service Portal Project to see all project related doucmentation and artifacts.

The customer portal will be designed to allow customers to search a knowledge base and troubleshoot based on the customer’s needs. The customer portal will allow the customer to submit a return of equipment request and a repair ticket request that will include scheduling time with a technician. The customer portal will also allow the user to view order history and pending invoices.
